My name is Jacob Sansom, and I hold a Master’s degree in Data Analytics from the University of Michigan. I’m a Certified Public Accountant by profession, but my true passion lies at the intersection of baseball and data analytics.

I founded Sansometrics to create a data-driven training environment specifically designed to help athletes ages 10 to 20 develop and refine their hitting skills. As a Driveline-Certified Hitting Coach, I work with motivated players who are serious about making measurable improvements at the plate.

At my private hitting lab, I utilize TrackMan Baseball technology to capture detailed swing and ball flight data—such as exit velocity, launch angle, spin rate, and attack angle. This advanced feedback allows for precise evaluation and individualized coaching, enabling players to make informed adjustments and accelerate their development.
